NO CHEESY POSES REQUIRED!
First off, thank you for selecting me for your newborn photos! There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to do your photos. I want the photos to reflect YOU as couple!
Every newborn is unique, so your session is really up to you. It’s all about you interacting and connecting in whatever way is natural to you as a family.
I’ve got a lot of posing prompts and activities that will give you something to do and get the interactions started. I do as much as I can to avoid any cheesy poses or awkward moments.
No cheesy poses required.
So bring your genuine self, and we’ll capture some amazing photos together!

FAQ
How long until I see my images?
Yo will have your finished gallery within two-three weeks of your session. You will get an online gallery link that is live for 10 years to share with friends and family.
Can we print them ourselves?
Yes, you can. However I recommend using the professional lab that is set up through your online gallery. The image quality and color is much higher than those from a big box store or chain store to ensure a lifetime of quality.
WhERE & WHEN WILL We TAKE PHOTOS?
Newborn Sessions typically take place at your home or at my in-home Studio within within the first ten days of being home with the baby. These sessions typically take place in the middle of the day for the best lighting!
“WE’RE REALLY AWKWARD . . .”
. . . but everyone thinks they are!
I hear this more often than you would think! You’re stoked to have me photograph you, but you’re convinced you’re super awkward and don’t know what to do.
Ultimately, as a photographer it is my job to help you break out of your shell and show a side of you as a couple that you didn’t know was even possible. But at the end of the day, it is what you make it. So come ready to be yourself! I will provide you with prompts that may sound funny in person, but photograph great. Please know a that I see all the PDA and its encouraged! I try to remind my couples that its about YOU TWO as a couple, not cheesy photos looking at me the entire time. Is there a special spot, or drink or even music that will help you two? Let me know! I want you ALL to feel as comfortable as possible!
